Rates are per month plus applicable tax, 15% resort fee, cleaning fee and the limited damage waiver fee as noted below. Monthly winter rates are only available by calling our Vacation Specialist at 800-995-7263.

MONTHLY RENTAL DETAILS

  • Stays of 28 to 88 nights. No refunds for early departures.
  • March rentals must also include the full month of February.
  • Guests must be 55 or older to qualify for the monthly rate plan.
  • A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit $250.
  • The balance of the first month is due at check-in; subsequent months are due by the 1st of each month.
  • Residents of Horry, Marion, Georgetown, and Brunswick counties are not eligible.
  • Weekly housekeeping service is provided, including a change of sheets and towels; towel exchange is available at the front desk.
  • Limited Damage Waiver: capped at $150 per month for studios and one-bedrooms.
  • Pets are welcome at Ocean Park Resort; pet fees are capped at $250 per month.
