Deposit & Cancellation Policies

An advance deposit equal to the first night’s lodging is required at the time of booking, the balance is payable upon arrival.
No personal checks will be accepted for payment of the account.
Your deposit is refundable if you cancel the reservation at least 7 days before arrival. A $50 administrative fee applies to each cancellation.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

In-person check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.
The lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All entrance doors to the hotel will be locked from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; a code is needed to gain entry to the Hotel after hours. We will send this code to you before your arrival.
The balance due at check-in is payable by credit card only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
The credit card(s) used for payment must be presented at check-in. The cardholder must be present with a government-issued photo ID. The name on the credit card and ID must match exactly. The credit card must have an embedded chip that functions properly. The card must have a balance of more than $1.00 at the time of check-in for authorization purposes. If the card does not meet these requirements, the payment will be refunded and a different valid credit card will be required. Remaining room balance charges will be due at check-in, even if partial payment has already been received.
Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
There are no refunds for early departures once you have checked in and paid your balance.

Free guest parking is available in the 2 level parking area located directly in front of the Ocean Park Resort.
Guests are allowed a maximum of one (1) parking pass per bedroom.
Trailers are not permitted on the property.

We welcome small dogs in select pet-friendly rooms and designated floors.
Advance notice is required for guests traveling with pets.
Dogs only. Cats, birds, reptiles, and other animals are not permitted.
Limit two dogs per room.
Weight limit: 40 lbs. per dog
Restricted breeds include: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky. Other breed restrictions may apply.
Pet Fees: $25 per day, per pet, capped at $250 per dog, per month. This fee is collected by the front desk at check-in.
Dogs must be leashed in public areas and are not permitted in pool areas. If left unattended in guest rooms, we recommend using a pet carrier.
Additional policies may apply—please contact the property directly for any special circumstances. ADA service animals are always welcome.

This property is strictly non-smoking.
Smoking of any kind—including cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances—is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies, or in any public areas of the property.
Violations will result in a cleaning fee charged to the room account and may lead to eviction.

We are a limited-service facility, and daily housekeeping isn’t provided.
Bath towels are for in-room use only. Pool towels are available at the front desk for pool use. Please return all towels to their designated areas.
If you have a specific accessibility requirement, please let us know at time of booking.
Special requests such as specific rooms and floors cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a rate or booking was made due to a system error, pricing mistake, unauthorized rate loading, or other technical issue.
